The seeds are gently roasted, then stone-ground to create a naturally sweet and velvety paste. With a delicate flavour and pale creamy colour, it‚¬„s perfect for swirling into houmous, blending into dips, or drizzling straight over your finished dish. Mild, nutty and beautifully smooth ‚¬œ this is tahini at its most subtle.
