Littleover Apiary gather their Active honey only from the honey produced by the bees during the middle of the summer season to ensure the activity level is at its peak. It is then cold extracted and micro filtered within two hours of its being removed from the hive, this is to ensure that this most special of all honeys reaches you in the peak of condition. Manuka honey is fantastic for using as an everyday pick me up and to help boost the body's natural immune system.
