Duddleswell Sheeps Cheese Organic
Duddleswell is a full fat hard cheese made from pasteurised Sheep milk, vegetable rennet (GMO Free), salt, and starter culture. It is a well rounded, rich flavoured cheese, mildly acidic taste incorporating ewes milk character, sweet and buttery notes and gently volatiles All our cheeses are made from pasteurised milk, and are suitable for vegetarians. All the cow milk cheeses are made from the organic milk supplied by the cows on the farm, while the sheep milk cheeses are made using both conventional Sheep milk and Organic sheep milk.
